Dr. Enright works with supervisees to meet the requirements of their respective clinical boards to achieve full licensure status. Please click on the links below for more information about licensure for your particular state board as the requirements vary for NC Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) and NC Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT). Supervisees are also able to seek these licensures concurrently.

NC LPC Requirements

The North Carolina Board of Licensed Professional Counselors requires that associate-level counselors accrue 3000 hours of supervised professional practice, with 2000 of those hours being direct counseling and the remainder focused on indirect administrative hours. 100 hours of supervision are needed to be eligible for licensure as an LPC.

NC LMFT Requirements

The North Carolina Marriage & Family Therapy Board requires a minimum of 1500 direct (face-to-face) counseling hours, at least 1000 of which need to be post-graduate hours. LMFTa supervisees also need to accumulate 200 supervision hours with an AAMFT-approved supervisor to be eligible for full licensure.
